Registration

Please register your child using the RE form. This form helps us know if there are any allergies or other concerns you have about your child that the teachers should know about. The registration form is now available online. Please click on the form link below, print out the form, complete it and bring it to Sunday Services. Registration forms are also available in paper form in the back of the sanctuary at the Fellowship.
